::Second Meeting::

Charlotte and her mother were busy in the new shop - they were instructing the workers on what to do and where to put things. The shop was nearly done... all they lacked now was a nicely designed banner for their shop. Charlotte had been thinking about it since morning.

"How's the banner looking?" Mrs Webber asked while one of the workers moved some shelves in. Charlotte lifted the hand drawn paper towards her mother and described every single detail to her. She wanted the shop to be perfect... to be something that depicted herself... as well as Dylan. He was still an essential part of the whole project. Finally, Charlotte's eyes sparkled.

"How does that sound?" Charlotte said.

"As long as you like it, dear," her mother said and kissed her on the forehead, "I've got the artist coming down in a while... but you'll have to do the explaining."

Charlotte groaned, "Do I have to do it all over again? I'm tired mom."

Mrs Webber laughed, "It's all part of being the boss. Ooh! Look, he's early! Let me introduce you to him." Mrs Webber took Charlotte's hand and dragged her out onto the sidewalk. Charlotte looked up and had the shock of her life. It was him... that busker.

"Good afternoon, I'm Matt, the artist for your banner and..." Matt stopped as his gaze lingered on that girl... it was her.

Mrs Webber noticed the unusual silence and decided to break the ice, "Matt, erm, it's nice to meet you. This is my daughter, Charlotte Webber and she's also the shop's owner. She'll explain the banner to you, will you Charlotte?"Charlotte finally broke away from looking at Matt and nodded to her mother.

"Very well, I'll leave you two to it then. Thank you for doing this Matt," Mrs Webber said before she went into the shop.

After Matt and Charlotte were left alone, Matt scratched the back of his head, "Well... owner of this shop huh? Whatcha selling?"

Charlotte rolled her eyes, "None of your business. You're just doing the banner."

Matt laughed, "Well, I'm doing the banner, which ought to show what you're selling. Lost track of your thoughts there... Charlotte?" Charlotte didn't appreciate his know it all tone and threw the design in his face.

"Make sure it comes out exactly as the paper says! If not, I'm not going to pay you a single cent!" Charlotte said before she walked away.

"Wait... Charlotte... wait!" Matt called as he picked up the design and Charlotte turned around to see what he had to say next, "Okay, I'm sorry... about that day. I should have apologised. Let's try to be friends, shall we?"

Charlotte could never turn down an apology but being friends with her ex-enemy of twenty seconds ago, was a rather tall order. She took back the design from Matt's hands and replied, "Let's try to be working partners first before we discuss friendship... now, do you want me to explain the design to you, or do you want to decipher it yourself, Mr Know-It-All?"

Matt smiled and replied, "An explanation please, my lady." Charlotte forced a smile and showed him every single detail of her banner plan.
