::Can't Get You Out of My Mind::

For once, Matt returned home truly feeling happy. It wasn't just a moment of glee but he felt his whole inner being glow and radiate a certain joy he could not explain. Though he was up on that stupid roof in the hot sun trying to mix paint to get a certain stupid type of green that Charlotte wanted for her banner; Matt felt as though it was all worth it.

Matt sure stank and he needed to get a shower but Matt thought he could just smell Charlotte's distinct honey sweet scent faintly on his shirt and picture her beautiful dark curly hair just draped itself across her smooth shoulder.

"I should paint all of this down! This would be one of my more inspirational pieces!" Matt said as he threw everything he had on the floor, and started to set up his easel. He closed his eyes to envision Charlotte's smile and the way she looked. Every brush stroke needed to be exactly right - not too thick nor too smooth... just perfect, like Charlotte.

Suddenly, in his midst of painting, the phone rang but Matt decided to let the answering machine pick it up.

"Matt? This is Eva... I just wanted to say that I missed you and... I want to talk to you," Eva's voice rang through the machine. Matt stopped his brush and ran to pick up the phone.

"Eva? Hi... sorry I was in... erm... the bath," Matt lied.

"Oh. It's alright. I just wanted to come by and see you," Eva replied.

"What's the occasion?" Matt asked.

"I want to tell you a piece of good news... but I want to be there to tell you personally," Eva replied, "It's sort of like an apology for that evening..."

"Okay... just buzz up when you arrive then," Matt said.

After a few minutes, the buzzer rang and Matt allowed her into his home. Eva was dressed this time round, thankfully. She had her hair tied up and a silky blue dress draped over her perfectly shaped bodice.

"I brought champagne... to celebrate," Eva said, waving the bottle at Matt.

"So what's the good news then?" Matt said, clearing up some space for Eva to settle down.

"As you know I have a big opening soon and... the organisers came by today for a meeting and I showed them my personal gallery with your works and they were impressed by your pieces and purchased them for their London gallery!" Eva said, handing Matt a cheque.

Matt saw the figure and was really shocked. His pieces, sold to a London gallery. Gawd, he dreamt about this since he realised his passion for art and now it's coming true.

"Wow, thanks Eva. The credit goes to you for allowing them to see my works," Matt said.

"A toast, to a great artist!" Eva said, pouring out the champagne and handing one over to Matt. Matt knew he shouldn't be drinking becuase he never had a high tolerance for alcohol. He would get tipsy easily but since Eva was sincere about celebrating his big break, he decided to wing it.

Soon, Matt got high and started making out with Eva... again. His midn told him to stop but he felt seperated from his body and couldn't control what he was doing. Eva turned to see the painting that Matt was doing halfway and laughed.

"Is that me you were painting?" Eva asked but before Matt could reply, Eva just started kissing him again.

"I knew you were in love with me. I knew it," Eva laughed and pressed herself closer to Matt.

However, all that Matt could think about now was Charlotte... and though he was having great sex with Eva, he couldn't get Charlotte out of his mind.
