::The Wedding Day Part 2::

"Oh Mom, great you're here. Help me hold this will you?" Charlotte said as she handed her mother a bunch of lilies as she ran to the other side of the arrangement and tried to remove the wilted ones.

"Charlotte, have you spoken to Matt lately?" Mrs Webber asked, trying her best not to say too much at a time.

"No... he's visiting his brother remember? Besides, I'm here working. So we don't have time to talk. Why all of a sudden talk about him, Mom?" Charlotte asked as she continued working swiftly through the arrangement.

Before Mrs Webber could say anything, Paolo rushed in to let them know that the guests would be coming into the hall in less than an hour. Charlotte nodded and quickly took the lilies from her mothers hands and placed them in the pockets she created.

"Mom, I think we'll talk about Matt later. We have to get this up and ready before attending the reception," Charlotte said as she walked away to get more flowers. Mrs Webber sighed and thought she might be thinking too much into it. Maybe Charlotte knew.

Matt got changed into a navy blue suit with his Eisenberg Army lapel pins and mini medals all nicely pinned for him by Albert. His father sent both him and Alex to the Army after high school for a while to "earn" those pins. They didn't do much in there but they still came out with more pins than the men who slogged day and night for the army.

"Matthew you look so dashing," Lady Polster said as they met in the corridor. It was customary that the family walks into the hall together upon introduction, after the newlyweds. Matthew smiled at looked at his father who was decked in a similar suit but his father didn't say anything as they continued to walk towards the reception.

The guests were all promptly ushered into the hall and served with the finest wine and h'orderves. Charlotte prepped herself in the bathroom and made sure she still looked presentable for the reception. She was still in his beautiful creme dress as she held onto her mother, in anticipation of the arrival of the newlyweds.

"Please rise to welcome the new Sir Alexander Charleston Polster," the emcee said as the orchestra started to play and the big doors swung open to reveal the smiley couple. Charlotte tilted her head to the side and sighed. She never saw a happier bride than Annanessa. "Now let's welcome Lord and Lady Polster and Sir Matthew William Polster," the emcee announced.

Just then when the guests started to cheer, Paolo waved frantically to Charlotte to remind her of the new bouquet she was to hand Annanessa. Charlotte almost forgot and quickly grabbed the new purple lily bouquet and rushed towards Paolo who led her towards Annanessa. As she was approaching the bride, she dodged behind the Lord and Lady but she missed a step and fell into the arms of the person walking behind them. Somehow the whole world seem to freeze at that point of time.

"I'm so sorry... I'm," Charlotte apologised as she turned towards the person. As she turned she found herself staring into a familiar face. A face she longed to see for weeks but the face didn't match what he was wearing... the whole branded suit with army lapel pins and all... no it couldn't be him... could it??

Matt was stunned to see Charlotte at the wedding. Then it all came rushing to him... this was the only BIG wedding in the whole country. How could he missed it all. Now Charlotte knew all about him... his past and his 'lie'. He didn't know what to say to her but he just kept looking at her... she was beautiful but she wasn't happy at all.

He was ready for Charlotte to scream at him but instead she just turned away and continued towards Annanessa with the bouquet before walking back into the crowd. Not a word came out of her lips but the tears from her eyes said it all.

"Charlotte are you ok?" Mrs Webber asked as Charlotte returned - her eyes all red and her makeup ruined. Charlotte shook her head and continued walking out of the room. Mrs Webber just watched as her daughter walked out of that room all broken hearted and hurt once again... but this time another man.

"Matthew, come along. Don't just stand there," Alex whispered and Matt looked away from Charlotte and he that he had to continue on with the reception as though nothing happened because he didn't want to ruin his brother's perfect day. However, he knew that something BIG happened, his perfect life was ruined and he had tons of explaination to do if he ever wanted the love of his life back.
