::Realisation::

Matt didn't know how or what he was going to say when he sees Charlotte at the shop. He just couldn't comprehend what happened. Somehow he had such high hopes that Charlotte would somehow appear. But after hours of waiting, he had to do something because he was driven by his love for Charlotte.

Matt tucked his hands into his pocket after he parked his bike and walked down towards Charlotte's shop. He didn't want to park too near because he wanted time to think about what to say and how to react. He knew if he just waltz into the shop without preperation, he would just be tongue tied and loss for words.

He opened the door and saw Mrs Webber standing at the counter and serving a customer. She smiled sweetly at him as he waited for her to finish with the customer. Matt looked around but Charlotte wasn't around.

After the customer left, Mrs Webber came around and gave Matt a big hug. "Oh Matt congratulations!"

Matt was perplexed, "Mrs Webber... why are you congratulating me?"

Mrs Webber then realised Charlotte wasn't with him, "Where's Charlotte? She was on her way to meet you early this morning."

Matt shook his head, "I waited all morning for her but she didn't turn up. That's why I came down to see if she was here."

Mrs Webber started to get confused too, "That can't be. Luke even offered to drive her to meet you... unless... Ooh no..." Matt knew something was wrong when he saw the shock and fear on Mrs Webber's face.

"I don't think Luke would... kidnap her?" Mrs Webber suspected. Once Matt heard this, he had to make sure that Charlotte was ok. He wanted to dash out to find her but Mrs Webber stopped him.

"How would you ever know where Luke might take her??" Mrs Webber said as she reached for the phone and tried to call Charlotte's cell phone but to no avail. Matt was getting really worried and sitting there doing nothing was making him really annoyed.

"I should be out there looking for her! She could be in trouble," Matt said, twidling his hands.

Mrs Webber then tried to call Luke on his cell phone and surprisingly he picked up, "Luke! Where is Charlotte?"

Luke turned to look at Charlotte who was fast asleep in his car as he drove upstate. He tried to remain calm and said the Charlotte had already left to meet Matt.

Mrs Webber started to cry, "Luke stop lying. Matt's here with me and Charlotte isn't! Where did you take Charlotte to?"

Luke started to get defensive, "I really did drive Charlotte to the park! Maybe she doesn't want to meet Matt afterall and decided to take a walk around?"

Matt took the phone from Mrs Webber and started to shout at Luke, "Look! Where did you take Charlotte to? I know you kidnapped her! Tell me where you are before I track you down!"

After hearing Matt threats, Luke just ended the call and switched his phone off. As he drove further upstate, he brushed Charlotte's brown hair from her face. She was soundly asleep, oblivious where Luke was taking her.

"I'm not going to lose you anymore. We're gonna go away from here and be together... just like when we were young," Luke said.

Matt railed at the dead phone as he slammed it down on the counter. Mrs Webber was already crying and looking all worried.

"I'm going out to find her. Where does Luke live? Any information on where I could find him?" Matt asked Mrs Webber but she was so worried that she couldn't remember anything.

"All I know he works upstate and he is currently living with us. I don't know where he would be now," Mrs Webber said.

Matt shook his head, "I'll just drive upstate to see if I can locate them. Don't worry, I'll call you as soon as I get news." Mrs Webber nodded and watched as Matt walk out of the store and off to find Charlotte.
